Some situations require a 20% restocking fee.On many products, this fee is assessed to our company by a third party vendor and is unavoidable. Of course, if there was an error on our part, for example, we shipped you the wrong product, you will not be charged any restocking fees. Cancellations or refusal of orders, which have already shipped, are subject to restocking fees.

Priority 2 Day Mail is when your order ships out and it could spend a minimum of two days in Transit before it get shipped out to you.Priority 2 Day Mail still takes 3-5 business days to get to you. UPS 2 day Air guarantees early morning delivery for your shipments within 2 business days. UPS 2 day air is also $25 or more in extra shipping costs.

Please confirm that you have not received the item and have checked with your leasing office if you are in an apartment complex. Once your order has processed and shipped a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your registered account's email address. The confirmation email will include your package's tracking number and associated shipping service provider's website.
This is because not all of the items in your cart qualify for free shipping. The shipping rate for a cart that has products in it that require paid shipping will not increase by adding any of our free shipping products.

Yes. We can cancel orders up until the time it is shipped out of our office. If your order does ship out of our office, we cannot cancel the order. Delivery is dependent on a number of factors. MDpocket.com typically ships all orders within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. This excludes items that are on back-order. Transit time begins when the item ships. Transit time depends on the method of shipping you selected for your order.

You can track your package at anytime by logging into your Clipboards.com account. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a conformation email with tracking information on your package. You can enter your tracking number into google search and it will direct you to the appropriate site for tracking.
You can always add to your order as long as your order has not yet shipped out of our office. We will also need credit card information at this time for the cost of the additional item.
Unfortunately, you cannot take advantage of the sale after you already placed your order. If your order hasn’t shipped yet we can cancel your order, issue you a refund, and you can replace your order. Refunds do take 24-48 hours to be back onto your account. For all of our clipboards we have a 90 day warranty. In that 90 days you can exchange for a Free Replacement. If you are past the 90 days we can give you a replacement Clipboard for a discounted price. We have a 30 day warranty for all of our accessories and pocket equipment. Like the 90 day warranty, you will have 30 days to exchange for a Free Replacement. Restocking Fees may apply.

The difference between our Black Clipboards and our Blackout Clipboards is that Blackout Clipboards come with a black clip and black rivets, compared to the standard silver clip and silver rivets.
A Horizontal Clipboard folds hamburger style. When you open the clipboard and the clip is at the top, Horizontal clipboards fold from top to bottom. Vertical Clipboards fold Hot Dog style. Once your WhiteCoat Clipboard has been purchased it will come with a label already adhered to the exterior of the clipboard. This label can be removed at any time. The best way to remove a label is to heat it up evenly with a heat gun or hair dryer, then remove the label; be careful, the clipboard may become hot. Any residue left behind can be removed with household cleaner. If you are looking to get a new label or replacement label please call us at 866-490-4621. You will need your credit card for additional charges.
The difference between the U.S. and Metric editions are the units used. Most people in the U.S. use the U.S. edition. Most people outside of the U.S. use the Metric edition. Our Slightly Damaged Clipboards may have minor cosmetic issues including paint differences, surface scratches or small defects to the edges of the board. They are still 100% functional and there is no damage to the medical information stickers applied to the clipboard (if applicable). So you may see a scratch, or an edge that is missing a bit of color, but the clipboard and the information are still 100% useful! Medium Density Fiberboards (MDF) are a lighter shade of color and High Density Fiberboards (HDF) are a darker shade of color. We offer both of them in a variety of sizes. You can even get a custom size. If you want a custom MDF or HDF Clipboard please contact a customer service representative.
Yes, we do offer a Gift Wrap option for all of our products. We offer a complete gift wrap as well as free gift messages that can be added into your package. This option will be offered during the checkout process. Whether the gift is for a birthday or a graduation, we have options for you!

Once logged into your account, you should be able to edit your account information. On our home page, in the upper right hand corner of the screen you will see "My Account". Click on this, and the first option shown will be "Edit account information". From there you will be able to change both your phone number and/or your email address.
You can create a new account by clicking the "My Account" button located in the upper right hand corner of the home page. Once there, you will click on the 'Continue" button under the registration tab located on the right. Then you can enter in your information to create your account. This will allow you to place an order with ease.
