Once your order has processed and shipped a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your registered account's email address. The confirmation email will include your package's tracking number and associated shipping service provider's website.

Yes. We can cancel orders up until the time it is shipped out of our office. If your order does ship out of our office, we cannot cancel the order. If you would like to cancel an order that has not yet left our offices, please give us a call at 866-490-4621 and our customer service agents will be happy to assist you.
You can track your package at anytime by logging into your Clipboards.com account. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a conformation email with tracking information on your package. You can enter your tracking number into google search and it will direct you to the appropriate site for tracking.

Yes, we do offer a Gift Wrap option for all of our products. We offer a complete gift wrap as well as free gift messages that can be added into your package. This option will be offered during the checkout process. Whether the gift is for a birthday or a graduation, we have options for you!
Returns & Refunds

Anytime outside of these hours you can leave us a voicemail or fill out the Contact Us form and we will get back to you on the next business day. You can create a new account by clicking the "My Account" button located in the upper right hand corner of the home page. Once there, you will click on the 'Continue" button under the registration tab located on the right. Then you can enter in your information to create your account. This will allow you to place an order with ease.
Once logged into your account, you should be able to edit your account information. On our home page, in the upper right hand corner of the screen you will see "My Account". Click on this, and the first option shown will be "Edit account information". From there you will be able to change both your phone number and/or your email address.
